Keep It Filed is a tool for storing and organizing your own documents on your own device. It is free, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. You are responsible for the documents and information you choose to store in it.
Your documents are stored only on your device. We have no copy of them and no way to recover them for you. Keep your own backups (for example, an encrypted iPhone backup) so you don't lose anything if your device is lost, damaged, or reset. We are not responsible for any loss of documents or data.
Use Keep It Filed only for lawful purposes and only for documents and information you have the right to store. Don't use the app to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
Keep It Filed is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or available at all times. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nuvia Way LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including any loss of data.
We may update the app and these terms over time. If the terms change, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use the app means you accept the current terms.
